Personalized Pet Portraits with Soul
My name is Hanna Tsukanova. I am an artist from Ukraine. RUNO ART is my author’s workshop where I create hand-painted and needle felted personalized pet portraits. This is not a job or a hobby – this is my life’s work, the passion of my soul.

Nobody taught me this. I never studied at art school. But when I create my works my intuition tells me exactly what to do.
I create with my heart
In my works, I do not aspire to be hyper-realistic. It is much more important for me to catch the character of an animal, to convey its mood. I am happy when pet owners write to me that they cried when they received my work. Because I managed to catch the soul of their pet.
I get to know people and the world
I enjoy meeting other artists and their work and sharing my art. I also really love travel. That is why I participate in international exhibitions and competitions of felt art and handicrafts. My works often take prizes and awards.
I share inspiration and skills
I also love to share my skills and therefore often teach needle felting to children and adults. My youngest student was only 6 years old, and the oldest was 74. I also organized creative classes for people with hearing loss and children of veterans.
