Order execution
I create all portraits entirely by hand and therefore I can create a limited number of portraits.
I work on each portrait for many hours. But you can see the process of creating portraits in these one-minute videos.
I start working on the portrait after I receive payment for the order and a photo of your pet.
- I need 5-7 working days to create hand-painted portraits
- I need 3-4 weeks to create felt 3D portraits
I have a waiting list and I fulfill orders as they come in. I always inform my clients if my waiting list gets long. I do not accept orders if I do not have time to complete them within the specified time frame. When placing an order with me, you always see the current lead time in its description in my store.
I can fulfill orders out of turn during my extra personal time. The cost of such orders is 10% more than the regular price. If you need to receive an order in a very short time, you can contact me and we will find a compromise.
Order delivery
I live and work in Ukraine and provide reliable shipping worldwide. My works have already been successfully delivered to 22 countries of the world.
I ship all orders with tracking. You will receive the tracking number of your parcel by mail and can track the movement of the parcel.
I indicate the delivery term based on the proposals of transport companies and my personal experience. But I cannot guarantee these terms and influence the work of the transport company, as well as weather conditions, political situation, and other force majeure.
For standard shipping to the US, I use a logistics partner based in Minnesota. He delivers goods from Ukraine to Minneapolis and from there sends parcels to my clients using the USPS postal service.

Custom Duties and VAT
Each country has its own duty-free customs limits for the import of parcels from other countries. The amount of VAT and customs duties depends on the value of the goods and the law of the buyer’s country. Please check the information relevant to your state.
