How it works
- Choose the best pet lover gifts in Art Store.
- I’ll start working on the portrait after I receive the payment for the order and the photo of the pet. If you find it difficult to choose one photo and you send several photos to order one product, I’ll definitely contact you to discuss the choice of the best angle of the pet for creating a portrait.
- I’ll contact you to show you a photo of the finished portrait. I’ll fix it for free if you ask me to. Only after you confirm that you are satisfied with my work, I send the parcel. If you do not like the photo of the finished portrait at all, I’ll respect your assessment and offer to create another version of the portrait or refund your money.
- I’ll send your package with a tracking number. You can always track the movement of the parcel. If the parcel is lost by the postal service, I’ll refund you money for the goods and delivery, or I’ll make another portrait and send you the parcel again at my expense.
Order payment
I use PayPal to receive payments from clients. PayPal reliably protects the digital data of each payment transaction and guarantees the protection of the buyer and the return of his funds in case of default by the seller.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay for the order with your credit or debit card, as shown in the picture.

Cancellation and refund
If your circumstances have changed, you can cancel the order within 24 hours after payment. Contact me and I’ll fully refund your money.
If you receive the portrait and you are not happy with my work, you can return it within 30 days in its original packaging to receive a full refund.
I always pack every package very securely. If you open the package and find that the item is broken during transit, please contact me. I’ll create a new portrait for you and send it for free.
